Appearance: The appearance of a book can make a significant impact on the experience of a reader, whose enjoyment is often enhanced by an enticing cover, an intriguing table of contents, interesting chapter headings, and when possible, eye-catching illustrations. 5/5
Plot: The characters of a book should be well defined with strengths and flaws, and while they do not have to be likable, the reader does have to be able to form a connection with them. The tone should be consistent, the theme should be clear, and the plot should be original or told from a unique perspective. For informative books -- those without plot and characters--this rating refers primarily to your concept and how well you presented it. 5/5
Development: Development refers to how effectively you told your story or discussed your topic. The dialogue should be realistic, the descriptions should be vivid, and the material should be concise and coherent. Robotic Humanoids is a science fiction story by Steve Evans. The year is 2026, and the planet is severely damaged by pollution. The world leaders have a meeting where they all agree to save Earth from the effects of climate change and encourage scientists to find a solution. Intelligent minds put their heads together to create A.I. systems that will fight these effects, but the master robot they create goes rogue. It duplicates itself and takes over the world with a mission to solve climate change by eliminating humans. Only one A.I. system, Quanto, is uncorrupted and willing to help humans. Its only solution to the current crisis is to find a new planet. Hence, the race to find a new home to save humans from extinction begins.
Steve Evan's Robotic Humanoids is a realistic take on what could happen if pollution is left unchecked, and the only way to save our planet is to remove us from the picture. The story is creative with unique scientific elements. I love how Evans uses technical terms but makes them easy to understand by adding definitions that are seamlessly woven into the story. He explains the newly invented quantum computers as smarter and faster machines that can read human minds. They also look like humans, which immediately triggered memories of classic movies about machines taking over the world. But, unlike in those movies, humans are given a second chance to start afresh. I found this detail hopeful, but our reality is more complex. Climate change is a battle we are losing without effective solutions; future generations will not have a planet to call home. This is a must-read for everyone. It is a wake-up call to the effects of climate change and the need for us to create a better world.

Great collection of poems covering an enormous subject area! Well written and worth a read.

This is a well written collection of poetry of many different types, especially Beyond the Tears and I need a New language. Really worth reading as it gives food for thought.

Sex Factor International Book 1
I read this book with interest, having no previous experience of this author’s work. It took me several goes to get into the story but after reading about a third of the book and having invested that much time, I was compelled to see how the rest of the story panned out. I just had to find out what happened to the characters and where the storyline went. The book interesting for a myriad of reasons, toward the end primarily because it bought to mind very strongly the 1980 film Airplane. If Paramount were looking for a book-to-film story offering similar potential, with a little re-working, this could be it!

I was r recommended to read this book by a friend .The author has obviously researched well.It is a very intriguing story and I wonder what the outcome will be in book 2 I enjoyed learning about the characters as they were all very different. It is not a type of book I would normally read but I enjoyed this one.

A Walk In Time
This short story is very gentle to read and gives a very good insight to days gone by.Also I enjoyed the unusual feeling of going back in time and of the writers imagination. This is a very good Christmas ghost story for children.
